Reduced turnover rate and improved employee satisfaction
A medium-sized company with 200 employees experiencing a high turnover rate and low employee satisfaction due to poor communication and unclear policies. Implemented a new HR procedure which was divided into four phases: planning with senior management, testing with a small group, companywide implementation and frequent evaluation. The results were a 19.5% reduction in turnover rate, reaching an employee turnover rate of 2% and a 23% increase in employee satisfaction. Regular performance reviews, reward programs, open communication channels and a focus on employee growth and development contributed to a positive work environment and increased productivity. The success of the implementation was due to careful planning, effective communication and ongoing evaluation and adjustments. The involvement of key stakeholders, testing of the procedure and training and support ensured engagement and commitment from all employees.
