The communication plan and training ensured that employees were aware of the changes and the change management champions played a vital role in supporting employees, resulting in minimal disruption to business operations. The implementation resulted in a 23.5% increase in productivity, a 16% reduction in operational costs and a 11% improvement in guest satisfaction, with improved employee engagement and morale. Also, the results drove significant savings and leading edge against competition, increasing gross operating profit margin of hotel by 28.3%.
